Privacy Policy
This policy explains how On Pulse Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 87 686 271 938), trading as On Pulse Solutions ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through onpulsesolutions.com and our services. It applies to visitors in Australia, the United States, Canada and the European Economic Area / United Kingdom.

Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the services you asked for, and to manage your order.
- To respond to your enquiries and send administrative information.
- To identify usage trends and improve and protect the site.
- To request feedback.
- To send marketing where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Artificial intelligence
We use AI as part of how we deliver our services, and we would rather state that plainly than bury it.
- The Exit Readiness Score is generated automatically, including by AI. No person reviews it before you receive it.
- For the Exit Value Growth Plan, AI assists with research, analysis, predictive modelling and drafting. The consultation is conducted by a person, and a person reviews and refines the recommendations before your roadmap is delivered.
This processing may involve third-party AI providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI and Perplexity. We do not use your personal or business information to train third-party AI models, and we take reasonable steps to limit what is shared to what the analysis requires.
No decision producing a legal or similarly significant effect about you is made by automated means alone.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Payment processors
- Scheduling and booking providers
- Email delivery and CRM providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Website analytics providers
- AI providers (see section 3)
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
If our business is sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. Where it is held
Our infrastructure is hosted in Australia, and some providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Assessment data | 90 days |
| Financial records and invoices | 7 years (legal requirement) |
| Marketing and CRM data | 3 years |
| Website analytics | 26 months |
| Everything else | 1 year, unless the law requires longer |
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and marketing. We use Google Analytics, including remarketing, Display Network impression reporting, and demographics and interests reporting. Non-essential cookies are set only where you have consented, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is free from interception. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out; and
- opt out of marketing.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is no separate "Do Not Sell" process to complete. Exercising any of these rights will not result in worse service or different pricing.
To make a request, email privacy@onpulse.enterprises. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
In Australia you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. In the EEA or UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
Our services are for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be signalled on the site.
